About this role
The Product Manager, New Product Development (NPD) & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Programs is responsible for leading strategic OEM projects and driving new product development initiatives across CIVCO’s ultrasound-guided procedure portfolio. This role serves as the primary commercial and cross-functional leader for OEM development programs while also supporting upstream product strategy activities including market assessment, voice-of-customer engagement, business case development, and opportunity validation. The ideal candidate brings strong product management capabilities, customer and market insight, and the ability to translate clinical and business needs into actionable development programs that deliver on new product vitality goals.
