About this role
The Catholic Diocese of Raleigh has an immediate need for a Coordinator of Ministry Formation. Reporting to the Director of Faith Formation, this role is designed to equip and support parish leaders in establishing and transforming parish ministries to be more effective, vibrant, fruitful, and zealous for the Kingdom. This position is primarily dedicated to the areas of youth and young adult ministries, although the need may arise to provide similar services to other parish ministries. This is a remote position with periodic high levels of travel (2-3 times per week) throughout the Diocese of Raleigh, and intermittent meetings at the Catholic Center in Raleigh. Employees of the diocese use their own vehicles and are reimbursed on a per-mile basis.
