About this role
Under the guidance of the lead man or supervisor, operates the various Heat Treat furnaces and equipment in use by the Company to perform operations such as vacuum solution treating, hardening and stress relieving per blueprints or other specifications. Performs required quality workmanship through the use of precision measuring instruments and special test equipment, such as Rockwell hardness testers. Follows scheduled workflow assignments in order to meet customer demands and production control requirements. Works towards meeting established standards and performance requirements.
