Reporting to the Business Development Director for Growth, this role is responsible for executing key business processes that drive long-term growth initiatives across RBC’s aerospace product lines. The Associate Product Manager will play a critical role in new product development, market expansion, customer growth strategies, and acquisition evaluations. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills who can effectively collaborate across engineering, sales, and operations.
