About this role
The Director of Clinical Care and Compliance develops quality service in the areas of resident care, resident programming, Adult Day Health and compliance with state regulations and Rogerson policy. This position promotes and integrates the mission and philosophy of Rogerson in the development and support of the Resident Care, Memory Care and Adult Day Health guidelines, policy, and procedures, risk management, regulatory compliance, talent development and ongoing quality improvement programs. The Director is the clinical/healthcare oversight for quality service, always resident and family focused, and striving toward excellence in community service and profitability.
