About this role
Responsible for performing all tasks related to the efficient functioning of the Auxiliary packaging equipment. The Auxiliary Operator is a member of a High Performance Operating Team and is required to function within that team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment (coders, conveyors, case tapers, and the Santi-Mix system) to get maximum performance and efficiency. 2. Pack and palletize finished product. 3. Follow current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP). 4. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. 5. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of process. 6. Perform administrative duties. 7. Must certify through all 3 phases.
