Join Our Team as a Line Lead – Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact! The Line Lead is a working member of the production line team and is responsible for providing leadership for an assigned production line. Ensure that all safety, quality and manufacturing processes and procedures are understood and followed to meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations and business needs. Identifies and obtains resources to ensure that team members and equipment are performing in a manner to ensure optimum business performance. The work schedule for this position is 12 hours, Wednesday – Friday with a possible additional shift every other Saturday 5:45PM - 6:00AM. G Shift. Booneville, AR location.
