About this role
You will oversee the clinical operations for two short-term residential therapeutic programs, including working with program Administrators and Direct Care Staff to ensure that a consistent and collaborative approach is implemented. You are responsible for assessing resident mental health needs, clinical team supervision, and all specialty mental health programming such as working with psychiatrists and other contracted specialists to ensure that appropriate and coordinated care is being provided for each resident.
