The Portfolio Management Manager will lead, train, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers (PM) and Team Assistants (TA) across the bank’s Real Estate and Commercial Loan portfolios, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data management, consistent credit quality, timely routine administration, and recognition of cross-sell opportunities. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in portfolio management, policy development, and credit, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
