About this role
As Principal, you’ll lead our Education Department, overseeing academics, vocational training, and student achievement. You’ll supervise staff, manage curriculum and scheduling, and ensure compliance with state standards. Working closely with the Program Director, you’ll support a safe, effective learning environment while guiding the growth of both students and staff. This leadership role is essential in helping our at-risk youth reach their educational goals and prepare for successful reentry into the community.
