About this role
We are currently seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer for the Buffalo/Syracuse region with experience in the design and/or construction of residential and/or commercial buildings. The successful candidate will assist in determining the cause, origin, and extent of construction defects, structural failures, water intrusion, and/or other failures. An understanding and proficiency of building codes, installation standards, practices, and procedures within the building construction industry is essential. Although this position is remote, the candidate will travel in the Upstate New York region and surrounding states, as needed, for 2 to 3 hours daily. The candidate must reside in upstate New York, preferably in the Buffalo or Syracuse area.
