About this role
As the LVN/LPN, you will arrange and coordinate appropriate health services, including urgent, emergent, and preventative health services, for children in care ~ Maintain complete, confidential medical records for children ~ Ensure appropriate communication of health needs to case managers and clinicians ~ Maintain daily logs, complete Medical Incident Reports and communicate in a timely manner.
