About this role
The Mortgage Processor is responsible for processing long-term mortgage loans as well as LOT, 2nd mortgages, and HELOC loans. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Credit Union and secondary investor guidelines. Serves members and prospective members, developers. and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Credit Union information and cross sells services. Assists Real Estate Lending personnel as necessary.
