This is a floor-first leadership role—not a desk job. You’ll lead production teams across shifts to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals. You’ll train, direct, and motivate employees while reinforcing company standards and building accountability, teamwork, and high performance. You’ll drive production goals, improve plant efficiency, and ensure clear communication of expectations and results while maintaining a safe, compliant, high-quality production environment.
