About this role
The Supervisor, Lab is ultimately responsible for effectively supervising the RESA Calgary laboratory, insuring a high lab performance to insure that daily operations plans are met, and that client expectations are exceeded. This position includes supervision of all of the analytical services, client services, and administrative functions of the laboratory. The supervising employee may also provide direct technical service support, including interpretation of test results, answering testing status or technical questions, or fulfilling of special requests. Within the scope of authority, the employee is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all analytical reports developed in the laboratory. The Supervisor, Lab reports directly to the General Manager.
