About this role
The Lead Switchgear Production Tech is responsible for directing work efforts, guiding, monitoring, and leading a team or department. Under the direction of his or her manager, the Lead Switchboard Tech is responsible for motivating teammates and inspiring positive communication so that they can work together to achieve goals such as production and safety.
