POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Underwriter III is responsible for complete analysis of loan packages to deliver valid credit decision and ensure the loan file is eligible for funding according to bank, investor, and agency guidelines. Additionally, this position has exception authority provided the DTI doesn’t exceed 43% of the published lending authority chart.
