About this role
The Process Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for planning and execution of short term scheduled demand within their respective areas by coordinating activities with the Production Shift Supervisors and support groups. The Process Supervisor is also responsible for supporting timely product release by ensuring executed documentation is reviewed on time. The Process Supervisor’s responsibilities include a strong emphasis on continuous improvement aimed at improving quality compliance, improving operating efficiency, and simplifying our ways of working. The Process Supervisor fosters a culture of “Safety First, Quality Always” and drives results through encouragement, empowerment, and accountability.
