About this role
Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Floor Staff may be scheduled to work as Door Greeter, Concession Stand cashier, or as an Usher. Pay Scale Information: $15.30 an hour Benefits: Our team receives the perk of enjoying free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Additionally, all team members are eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan, with a company match, once they reach the age of 21 and have completed six months of service.
