Regal Boats is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Electrical Expert to serve as the company's technical authority on vessel electrical systems. This role is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, diagnostics, and validation of electrical and electronic systems across multiple boat models. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of marine DC and AC electrical systems, networked electronics, power management, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and suppliers to ensure all electrical systems meet Regal's standards for safety, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction while providing technical guidance and support to production teams.
