About this role
This role is responsible for building and maturing the talent acquisition function across our US and UK corporate functions during an exciting period of business growth and HR transformation. This individual will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, developing their capability, elevating their methodology, and creating the structure and discipline needed to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes consistently. Beyond day-to-day team leadership, this role owns a significant project portfolio, including the implementation of a new Oracle ATS, a refresh of our employer value proposition and careers page, and a rebuild of hiring enablement materials that will redefine how Regal attracts and supports talent across the organization.
