About this role
Summary Description: • Reporting to the Maintenance Department Manager, the Maintenance Lead is responsible to provide leadership and direction to the maintenance crew in the areas of machine repairs, preventative maintenance, and building maintenance tasks that are mechanical/electrical in nature. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for documenting all such work, both for internal company records, and to meet legal requirements in the manufacturing of all products including alcohol, in accordance with Refresco’s standard operating procedures and policies.
