About this role
The Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the safety programs at Threemile Canyon Farms. This includes ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization. This role will be part of continuing to enhance the safety culture within the organization and build upon current partnerships with a variety of resources. Additionally, the Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring reporting on safety-related equipment, safety, and hazard compliance as required.
