RDH is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter Foreman to support our growing Construction Management (CM) and Building Enclosure work in the Seattle area. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on self-performing small but critical construction tasks that support investigations, reduce schedule delays, and improve project quality. This role is ideal for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving, and wants steady, meaningful work without the unpredictability of traditional GC environments. You will work closely with RDH Superintendents, Project Managers, and technical staff to execute work aligned with RDH’s high technical and safety standards.
