The R&D Formulation Associate is an integral member of the Research & Development team. This position will support formulating new products and any new formulations for existing products because of continuous process improvement. The R&D Formulation Associate will assist in compounding, calibration, lab maintenance, drug filtration, labeling, monitoring/organizing samples for testing. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes.
