Our Lead Compounding Technician &Trainer plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include coordinating delivering new employee orientation, preparing training plans, monitoring progress, assuring qualified trainers are available to support on the job training, tracking and assuring required training documentation is obtained, proposing effective methods of training and performing verification and effectiveness checks in conjunction with completion of training plans and providing counsel and recommending enhancement to training plans.
