About this role
The Senior Operations Associate supports day-to-day deposit, Real Time Payments, and EFT activity, including ACH and wires. The role also supports process improvement, operations projects, and the design and maintenance of policies and procedures. This person plays a key role in how we use systems, automation, and AI-assisted tools across Operations. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to learn quickly, be highly detail oriented, and be comfortable working with many different systems. The successful candidate will have worked in a financial institution setting, primarily in back-office transaction processing.
