Quanex is looking for a Quality Manager to join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota. This position plays a vital role in the development, refinement, and implementation of the quality system and tools to ensure production quality and customer satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians to flow down acceptance criteria, establish testing protocols, document & control procedures, collect & analyze data, develop & maintain quality metrics; drive root cause analysis of product and process defects, develop containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
