The Temp – Learning and Development (L&D) operates as a dynamic hybrid between an administrator and a basic instructional designer for the QC Academy. This is an ideal stepping stone for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build their resume in corporate Learning & Development. Crucially, this role requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality; while you will gain hands-on experience leveraging AI and learning instructional design, a core component of this position is executing high-volume administrative workflows and training logistics. Working collaboratively alongside training Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from across the company, this role does not handle full Learning Management System (LMS) administration or the assignment of compliance learning paths.
