Grant PUD is seeking a Vice President of Customer Experience to shape the future of CX at one of the nation’s leading public power utilities. This role will lead enterprise-wide customer transformation—aligning service delivery, customer solutions, and digital strategy to improve trust, clarity, and outcomes. Own the end-to-end customer experience across customer service, billing, field coordination, large customer engagement, and customer-facing programs. Translate insight into action by setting measures, modernizing interactions, and ensuring reliable, transparent service. Lead a multi-year CX roadmap, partner across Operations, Rates & Pricing, Customer Solutions, IT, and executive leadership, and deliver early wins while building long-term value.
