About this role
The Recovery Support Services (RSS) program is an enhancement service for the New Pathways Project (NPP) that supports individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. RSS provides non-clinical services that assist individuals in recovery in gaining the skills and resources needed to initiate, maintain, and sustain long-term recovery. The Recovery Support Outreach Case Manager provides individualized case management services to individuals in recovery. This role involves assessing client needs, developing recovery plans, connecting clients with resources, and offering ongoing support to promote stability and well-being. The Case Manager serves as an advocate, ensuring clients receive appropriate services while fostering a person-centered and strengths-based approach to recovery.
