AppLogic Networks is looking for a VAS Engineer - Signature to join play a critical role in supporting our key accounts. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of daily protocol development activities, working in a high-availability production environment where your attention to detail and investigative mindset will make a real difference. You'll monitor, identify, and drive resolution of potential issues — acting as a trusted liaison between our customers and AppLogic Networks' internal teams, including Customer Support, Product Management, and Global Professional Services.
