About this role
This role supports both battery remanufacturing operations and field service needs. Primary responsibilities include repairing and rebuilding battery packs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing root cause analysis, and documenting work for traceability. The technician collaborates with engineering and production teams to develop repair procedures and improve processes while maintaining safety and 5S standards. As needed, the role also supports field service by performing on-site diagnostics, repairs, and customer training
