About this role
This role on Proterra’s Application Engineering team supports customers throughout development, testing, and product launch as part of the broader Customer Engineering organization. The team consists of diverse EV experts focused on customer and organizational success. The Application Engineer acts as a technical consultant, guiding customers in integrating high-voltage battery packs and serving as the primary technical contact across project phases. Responsibilities include hands-on OEM support during installation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The role requires expertise in design, validation, or integration, along with strong EV knowledge, communication, and collaboration skills.
