About this role
As a Press Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste—helping ensure every job is set up for success. You’ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable, set schedules and competitive pay: Starting pay of $20+ per hour $2,000 sign‑on bonus Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ✅ No swing or rotating shifts
