About this role
Responsible for tracking and managing work orders in EBIS for assigned shops, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained. Supports invoice processing for parts purchases and monitors data quality, making updates as needed. Analyzes and assigns work orders while following up on progress. Uses data to assist operations in managing parts, work orders, and preventive maintenance. Prepares reports for leadership and creates PM schedules, assets, and parts in a timely manner. Updates asset records and PM documents. Trains teams on EBIS, SharePoint, and related systems. Ensures all field work is properly captured, operates effectively in fast-paced environments, and collaborates professionally across teams.
