About this role
Pritchard Industries is seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst in the Atlanta market. This is an on-site staff position within the IT Department responsible for general system and computer operations as required, as well as serving as the initial point of contact for Pritchard Industries and their divisions employees with regards to general technology related issues (computer and printer issues, access issues, e-mail issues, etc.), with a responsibility to manage and investigate Cybersecurity alerts, and escalate as needed. This position reports to the Director of IT.
