Job Opportunity at 1Nebula:

As a Junior Business Optimisation Engineer you will create business value by applying process engineering, data visualization, reporting, and data management disciplines to design and build automated solutions that enable data-driven decisions and optimised business processes. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement within our business operations and developing strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, design and implement process improvements, and contribute to achieving our organizational goals.

What You will do within this role (Your key responsibilities):

• Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Process Mapping: Create accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date process maps that serve as essential tools for process improvement, standardization, and communication within the organization.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to gain insights into business processes.

• Modeling and Simulation: Develop mathematical models and simulations to assess the impact of proposed process changes and optimisation strategies.

• Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to optimize business processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed to drive ongoing improvement.

• Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and tools that can enhance business processes and support optimisation efforts.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of process changes, optimisation strategies, and results.

More about You (Our requirements for the role):

Although we believe in the potential of others more than anything else there are some minimum requirements we would look for so consider these before sending us your application

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI would be beneficial

• Excellent communication skills

• Driven and self-motivated

• An inquisitive mind ready to take up any challenge
