Preiss is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at Auraria Lofts in Denver, CO. The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for overseeing the daily facility and maintenance operations of a property. This position will work closely with the Property Manager and will be responsible for organization and completion of service requests, preventative maintenance, maintenance supply ordering, proper groundskeeping, compliance and safety standards, personnel management and customer service.
