About this role
Performs general facility maintenance – including but not limited to cleanliness of exterior building and property, as well as interior janitorial services of floor waxing and buffing, carpet cleaning and removal of certain trash and waste. Performs preventative maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior of the Poydras Home buildings, to include its equipment. Also responsible for painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs of buildings.
