About this role
What You’ll Do: You will be at the center of the hotel's universe-the front office. We need someone to be the face at our front desk. Are you happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile? Do you want to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by sharing your knowledge of the area? Then this could be the job for you. In addition to generally spreading joy, you’ll be making sure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out. A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and you’ll play a huge role in this. We are looking to you to OWN the front desk area. This position requires flexible work hours in the am, pm, and on the weekends.
