About this role
At Ports America, the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Manager is responsible for the configuration, data governance, continuous improvement, KPI development, KPI reporting, training, best practice creation and administration of the Ports America EAM platform. This role serves as the primary business and technical resource for maintaining asset data integrity, supporting our maintenance, procurement and operations teams. The EAM System Manager will lead system enhancements, develop reports, tools and dashboards, and ensure the EAM system effectively supports asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, reliability improvement, effective procurement processes, spares inventory, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance.
