About this role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs in both front and back of house areas such as guest rooms, lobby, meeting space, kitchens and perimeter landscape, this is a part-time position. A qualified candidate will possess strong trouble-shooting skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration. Knowledge of pool water chemistry would be beneficial. Other desirable skills include painting, wall covering and landscaping. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in building maintenance or other applicable field.
