About this role
As a Youth Development Worker, the employee will support our Onyx program providing immediate support to youth who have experienced sexual exploitation and need support exiting from the sex trade or sexually exploitive relationships. As an Intensive Support & Supervision Program (ISSP) Worker, the employee will also provide one-to-one services for youth who are deemed to be medium to high risk of re-offending – the program is an alternative to custody.
