About this role
Purpose: The production operator performs a wide variety of assignments ranging from packaging glass, forklift operations and glassmaking. • Responsible to accept a variety of assignments ranging from packaging glass, forklift operations and glassmaking tasks. • Team members are responsible for producing various products in accordance with all work instructions, quality and safety expectations. • Team members have the responsibility to identify, record and communicate any problems relating to the product or process. • Team members have the authority to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problems through designated channels. • Responsible for following the Quality, Environmental and Safety policies.
