About this role
The Production Manager is responsible for leading and developing multiple production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives while driving continuous improvement across the plant. This role ensures alignment with company goals, proactively leads cross functional improvement projects with minimal direction, strengthens operating systems and communication, and supports a safe, efficient, and high performing manufacturing environment. The Production Manager plays a key role in improving plant KPIs, optimizing processes, supporting equipment and capital planning, and contributing to the long-term strategic vision of the facility.
