About this role
The incumbent is a staff level position and will report to the Plant Manager. The incumbent will maintain positive working relationships with other departments and site team members. The incumbent will maintain positive working relationships with all corporate functions (planning, finance, safety, quality, engineering, R&D, ME, etc.). The incumbent will promote safety in the workplace and ensure safe work procedures are implemented and maintained to provide a safe working environment for all employees. Responsible for supporting and enforcing Company and Plant policies. The primary role of the position is to provide leadership and direction for all the production operations for the Laurinburg facility, primarily at the hot end.
