About this role
The HR Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading all aspects of human resources in a unionized manufacturing environment. This role oversees employee and labor relations, grievance administration, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership coaching. The HR Manager partners with plant leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, support change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing and union experience, strong employee relations expertise, and a passion for developing leaders and building a positive workplace culture.
