About this role
Develops and maintains relationships with current and potential OEM and Tier 1 customers. Collaborates with leadership, sales and engineering teams to help establish a business development plan for continued growth. The Fan Sales Engineer will be responsible for executing the plan, as well as generating profitable sales growth in a competitive business environment. This individual contributor role is a technical sales leader building customer relationships across OEMs and Tier 1s and acting as a key team member on internal cross function teams working together to grow the cooling business.
