About this role
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content Operations, the Front-End Developer & Designer focuses on front-end development, content design, and customer-facing content customization and support. This role is responsible for building and customizing web-based training content and phishing simulations, including branded experiences and HTML emails. The Front-End Developer will also partner with the Content Team to create new educational materials such as HTML-based training modules, videos, and infographics, while supporting both customers and internal teams with content-related requests
